I am able to bill the following insurance carriers for individual sessions only:

BCBS of NC

Aetna

United Healthcare

I offer therapy sessions in person in Asheville, NC and via telehealth

Self pay individual sessions: 120$/session

Couples therapy: 140$/session

Couples Therapy is not covered by insurance. This is because couples therapy is not considered "medically necessary" by insurance companies since there is not a diagnosis code therapists can use for couples.
